Two clinics, Fingo Clinic and Mfanyana Clinic, ensure that residents have access to essential health services, including chronic illness management and maternal care. Furthermore, the Nqakala Piped Water Scheme ensures sustainable water delivery to households and institutions, reinforcing the council’s vision of modern, well-serviced communities.

Ward 4 is a hub of educational excellence, featuring a wide array of schools: Nhlambabaloyi Primary and Secondary, Libeni Primary, Mbizo Primary, John Tallac Primary, and John Tallac Secondary. Healthcare services are provided by Bhekeni Clinic and Ntabazinduna Clinic, both of which are staffed by professional personnel and equipped to provide essential medical care. These clinics serve as health anchors in the community, contributing to wellness and preventative care. The council continues to prioritise investment in people and infrastructure.

While there are no clinics currently in the ward, the council has plans to expand healthcare services to meet the growing needs of the population. Strategic development initiatives are underway, focusing on building additional infrastructure and strengthening public service delivery.

While healthcare expansion is part of future plans, the current education-focused developments ensure that Ward 11 remains on track for holistic growth, as the council continues to improve facilities and support community needs.
