Bhekeni Clinic, a significant milestone in healthcare development for Umguza District’s Ward 6, was officially commissioned in December 2022 by the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs, Honorable Richard Moyo. Constructed using a combination of devolution funds and Umguza Rural District Council’s resources, the clinic stands as a testament to the joint efforts of the local government and the community to improve access to quality healthcare services for the residents of Ward 6 and its surrounding areas.
